- Army Promotion System
By implementing this promotion system, we hope to recognize and reward the hard work of our Armies and build a stronger and more dedicated Numbers Community.
Rules & Requirements:
The Army must have a minimum of "2,500 followers" on Twitter and Instagram.
The Army must produce high-quality banners for Twitter and Instagram, which will be reviewed by the Social Manager.
The Army must receive a minimum of "35 likes" on each tweet they submit.
The Army must be a top performer for "3 consecutive months". This standard is set high to ensure that promotion to Soldiers is not too easy. And at the meantime, the evaluation of unqualified current Soldiers should be well-conducted.
The Army must work daily for a minimum of "1 month".
Promotion to Soldiers is only possible if there are open vacancies. (Demend-based)
The team will make the final decision to promote an Army to Soldier. This decision will be co-reviewed by the internal team.
